Identification of needs

Fill out the contact form by writing in the body of the message what product or form you need.

Analysis of the workpiece and the injection molding process

To make a mold that meets your needs, we will analyze the detail, as well as the injection molding process. This will allow us to plan the appropriate parameters of the mold, generating savings.

Injection mold design

Then we will prepare the design of the injection mold. After your approval, we will proceed to the manufacturing stage and you can expect finished products

Making an injection mold

We will manufacture an injection mold based on the design.

Preparation of prototypes and shipment by aircraft

After making the injection mold, we will prepare a test batch of plastic parts. We will then send them to you by plane so that you can evaluate them

Evaluation of prototypes by you

After we make the mold, even before shipping to Europe, you will receive the products for evaluation

Optional stage - revisions, further prototypes and re-transportation by aircraft

If you have comments on the prototypes, we will make corrections on the mold, and then send another test batch

Transporting mold from China to Europe

Finally, we will transport the mold from China to Europe. The mold is ready and can produce parts for you

Implementation deadlines

The lead time depends on the size and shape of the mold. Most often it amounts to:

  • 4-6 weeks for mold production (including design),
  • 1-2 weeks for prototyping and shipping a test series by aircraft,
  • 3-4 weeks – total transportation time of all stages (intra-China, China-Europe, intra-Europe) including customs clearance
  • If you make comments on the trial series, corrections + reshipment of the trial series will take 1-2 weeks.
